Shipping

1. Order processing

Orders are packed from our Dublin studio within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding Irish public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

2. Delivery times

Estimated delivery once dispatched:

• Ireland — 1–3 business days
• United Kingdom — 3–5 business days
• European Union — 4–7 business days
• Rest of the world — 7–14 business days

These are estimates from our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Remote regions and peak periods (sales, holidays) may add a few days.

3. Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. From time to time we offer free shipping promotions — the current threshold, if any, is shown at checkout.

4. Tracking your order

Every order ships with a tracking number. If your tracking hasn’t updated within 3 business days of dispatch, email us at support@onefaze.ie and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

5. Duties, taxes and customs

Orders within the EU include VAT at checkout — no further charges apply on delivery.

Orders to the UK, US, and other non-EU destinations may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees charged by your local authority. These are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us.

6. Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or an uncollected pickup, we’ll refund the item price minus the original shipping and any return-to- sender fees charged by the courier.

7. Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@onefaze.ie. Include your order number and photos of any damage to the parcel and contents.
