Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 27 July 2026
1. Our commitment
OneFaze wants everyone to be able to browse and shop with us, regardless of ability or the technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across onefaze.ie.
2. What we do
- Semantic HTML structure with a single main heading per page.
- Descriptive alt text on product and lifestyle imagery.
- Keyboard-navigable menus, forms, and dialogs.
- Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA on primary text.
- Visible focus states and skip-to-content behaviour on interactive elements.
- Responsive layout that adapts to zoom up to 200% without loss of content.
3. Known limitations
We’re a small team and the site is under active development. Some areas may not yet fully conform, including third-party embeds and some marketing imagery. We’re working to fix these as we find them.
4. Report an issue
If something on onefaze.ie is hard to use or inaccessible, please tell us. Email support@onefaze.ie with the page URL, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using. We aim to reply within 5 business days.
5. Enforcement
In Ireland, accessibility complaints about private-sector digital services can be raised with the National Disability Authority. In the EU, the European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882) applies to e-commerce services from 28 June 2025; OneFaze is working within that framework.
